Absolutely! By sending us your design, you agree that you have the rights to use the artwork. We’re just helping you bring your idea to life and won’t be responsible for any copyright matters.

Ordering with us is super easy, and we’re here to make it as smooth as possible!

We also accept bulk orders, so feel free to get in touch with us for more information.

All payments are processed through our Hitpay payment gateway, which supports credit card payments and PayNow. We don’t accept cash, and all transactions are made in Singapore dollars.

For Credit Card Payments via Hitpay:

  1. A payment link will be provided for you to pay via Stripe.
  2. Please note that a 3-4% service charge will be applied by Hitpay/Stripe for credit card transactions.

For PayNow via Hitpay:

  1. A QR code will be generated for you to scan and complete your payment.

For Atome:

  1. Log in or sign up, and split your payment into three interest-free installments. Pay the first now, and the rest later!

For Grabpay:

  1. Log in to your Grab account, and confirm payment using your GrabPay balance or linked card. Earn GrabRewards while you pay!

You’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with all your payment details after checkout. If you need another copy, no problem! Just contact our customer support at hello@thefotowallmuseum.com or WhatsApp +65 8882 3500, and we’ll happily assist you.

We don’t offer refunds. We kindly ask that you double-check your product or artwork details before placing an order for printing.

Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM (Closed on Public Holidays)

Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp.

For self-arranged couriers

Please ensure that the person collecting on your behalf checks the goods thoroughly before leaving the premises. Once items are taken out, we cannot process any exchanges even if the packaging and security sticker is still intact.

Please note that The Fotowall Museum reserves the right to accept or reject full/partial exchanges, and lead time for any exchanges remains 7 working days for a replacement.

Most products will be compacted into a 1.4m x 1.4m bubble-wrapped package, making it easy to fit into most cars. Please note that it isn’t suitable for motorcycle collection, so a saloon car or larger vehicle is required.

We currently do not provide a delivery service. However, you’re welcome to arrange your own courier or opt for self-collection at our location.

The products will be packed in a 1.4m x 1.4m bubble-wrapped package to fit in most vehicles. However, a motorcycle won’t be suitable, so please make sure a saloon car or larger vehicle is used for delivery.

For Self-Collection
If you spot a defect before leaving our venue, take a photo and send it to us via WhatsApp, then leave the item at the collection point. Our team will review the issue and, if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange an exchange, provided the packaging and security sticker remain intact.

For Self-Arrange Courier Service
If using a courier, please ensure they inspect the item at our collection point before leaving, as we will not be responsible for any issues once the item has left our premises.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical display, but we provide visual representations and dimensions on our website so you can get a good sense of the product before making a purchase.
