We’re unable to cancel orders once they’re placed, as our production team begins working on your artwork immediately after confirmation.

Our designer can help you customize the text and change the background colors of our existing designs, or you can submit your own ready-to-print artwork to be printed at no extra cost, though please note that no file editing will be provided for self-submitted artwork.

For customers who wish to DIY, our Party Backdrop sets are designed to be quick and easy to set up and dismantle.

Customers can scan the QR code attached to our Party Backdrop or request it over WhatsApp for a step-by-step guide.

With proper care, our products can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. However, they are designed for indoor use in cool environments and are not recommended for outdoor, windy, or high-temperature conditions.

TFM Set Up service helps to save time and effort;
customers can opt for our professional Set Up Service. Simply WhatsApp +65 8882 3500 to book a dedicated setup slot with us, and our team will handle both the delivery and full on-site installation of your backdrop set or balloon garland!

Our packaging is designed for local delivery, but if you need to ship the products overseas, you’ll need to add extra protection with carton boxes and additional bubble wrap. Please note that we do not provide any warranty for damage caused during domestic or international shipping, so it’s important to secure the items properly for transportation.
